I. KEY JOB TASKS 1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. 2. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 3. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. 4. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 5. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 6. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 7. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. 8. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. 9. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 10. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services 11. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. 12. Follow-up for collection of payment. 13. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. 14. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees. 15. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. 16. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. 17. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock 18. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. 19. Handle customer complaints. 20. Identify and resolve client concerns. 21. Other duties as assigned. II. JOB SPECIFICATION 1. Pleasant and outgoing personality. 2. Customers service orientated. 3. Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking. 4. MS Excel and PowerPoint experience is required. 5. 1-2 sales experience will be an advantage. 6. Good track record in corporate sales. 7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken.
